Privacy Policy

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information we receive from third parties.

a. Information You Provide to Us

• Contact and inquiry information you submit through our contact form or by phone or email, including your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Membership and account information when you enroll in the Any 3 Cruise Club, including billing name, mailing address, and the names of family members, friends, or approved additional members you add to your benefits.
• Payment information processed when you purchase or renew the $169 annual membership or book travel. Payment card details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.
• Travel and booking preferences, such as destinations, cruise lines, travel dates, and traveler details you share when planning a voyage.
• Communications, including emails, messages, and notes from your interactions with our travel specialists.

b. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers).
• Usage data (pages viewed, links clicked, time spent, referring URLs).
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

c. Call Recordings

When you call or are called by our cruise specialists, your call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, verification, and compliance purposes, as permitted by law. Where required, you will be notified at the start of the call.

d. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from marketing partners, lead providers, travel providers, and publicly available sources, which we may combine with the information we collect directly.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiries and connect you with a dedicated cruise specialist.
• Process membership enrollment, renewals, payments, and benefits.
• Facilitate cruise and travel bookings with participating travel providers.
• Provide member-exclusive offers, Cruise Cash™ benefits, and related programs.
• Communicate with you about your membership, account, and travel.
• Send you marketing and promotional communications (subject to your consent and opt-out rights — see Section 6).
• Operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Services.
• Detect and prevent fraud, and verify identity.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We may share your information with:

• Participating travel providers and cruise lines (such as Carnival®, Norwegian Cruise Line®, Margaritaville at Sea, and other participating providers) as needed to present offers and complete bookings you request.
• Service providers and vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, hosting, data storage, customer support, call center operations, analytics, and marketing.
• Affiliated companies — including our parent company, Czar Marketing Group LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliates — for the purposes described in this policy.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the successor entity.
• Legal and safety purposes — to comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests, and to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our members, or others.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain data sharing for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some state privacy laws; see Section 8 for how to opt out.

The Any 3 Cruise Club provides access to offers and pricing made available by independent, third-party travel providers and cruise lines. Those providers are not owned or controlled by us, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any travel provider with whom you book. Cruise line names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, enrolling in membership, or otherwise requesting contact, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us and our authorized representatives at the number you provide, including through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded or artificial voice messages, for membership, customer service, and marketing purposes.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
• You may opt out of marketing calls at any time (see Section 6), and you can reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
• We honor applicable federal and state Do-Not-Call requirements and calling-hour restrictions.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
• Replying STOP to a marketing text message.
• Calling us at (833) 333-4055 or emailing info@a3ncruises.com to request removal from marketing calls or our marketing lists.

Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages related to your membership, account, or bookings.

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support marketing and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features of the Site. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner or preference tool so you can manage non-essential cookies.

We do not guarantee a response to browser “Do Not Track” signals, but we honor recognized opt-out preference signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to:

• Access / know the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Obtain a copy / port your information.
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising.
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may exercise the rights above. We do not sell personal information for monetary value, but some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising may qualify as “sale” or “sharing.” You may opt out as described in Sections 6 and 7. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.

Residents of Other States

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as such laws take effect) may have similar rights and, where applicable, the right to appeal a denial of a request.

How to Exercise Your Rights

Submit a request by emailing info@a3ncruises.com or calling (833) 333-4055. We will verify your identity before fulfilling your request and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may exercise these rights free of charge, subject to legal limits.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain your membership, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including travel providers and cruise lines. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
